This policy covers mcdesignmiami.com and the calls, texts and WhatsApp messages you send us.

What we collect

Only what you send: your name, phone number, photos of your space, measurements, and the address so we can measure and install. The 3D designs we make from that information are part of your project file too.

What we never do

We do not sell your information, trade it, or hand your number to anyone else. Messaging us about a kitchen will never be the reason other companies start calling you.

Photos and designs of your project

Photos you send stay inside the project — they exist so we can quote and design accurately. Photos of finished work only appear on this site or our Instagram as described in our terms, and never with anything that identifies your home. Your 3D design is made for you; we do not shop it around.

Deleting it

Florida's privacy law aims its formal machinery at billion-dollar companies — we are a cabinet shop, so we skip the machinery and keep the promise directly: call, text or WhatsApp (786) 909-8550, say you want your information deleted — photos, measurements and designs included — and it is.
